S&L Scope:
- The Kollective - TK is the largest co-working space, dedicated to the success of not for profit, social enterprise and charitable organisations – it's also an award winning building
- Topographical Survey for boundary confirmation, levels, full inventory of services, to assist design and construction
- S&L have also worked on the wider development of Seventeenth Avenue, with a significant number of commercial developments/buildings, even the small charity, not-for-profit community/children’s therapy garden that sits behind TK called ‘Your Garden: Children's Therapy Garden’.
- 2025 – More recently S&L have worked on the engineering design and provided support services for a car park extension and approval, due for completion 2026.
