- The Sands, Pāpāmoa, is the most comprehensive development project that Bluehaven Group have undertaken. Located within Golden Sands, Pāpāmoa, this billion-dollar development will be one of the significant and far-reaching commercial hubs in the Bay of Plenty on completion. With a variety of commercial, retail, residential, hospitality, visitor accommodation, public services, supermarkets, medical services, community & sporting facilities and much more.
- S&L involvement in this area dates back to the very start, with Bluehaven Group being a long-standing client. Specifically for The Sands we have assisted with Feasibility and Planning, Preliminary and Detailed Engineering Design, Contract Tendering and Management, As-Builting, Project Co-ordination and liaison with Consultants Group, MSQA and Completion Reporting.
